Junior End of Season Report |
|
The festival of hockey on Saturday 25th April brought to the end a successful and developing season for the Youth/Junior Club Girls attached to the hockey at Havelock Park. It was a great day enjoyed by all. The girls were able to display their skills in various drills against the clock on reaching Certificate Achievement of gold, silver, and bronze. Well done to all those who received certificates and a big thank you to those who helped organized the skills and making the day go with a bang. However due to school and other commitments not all of the girls attached to the Youth Hockey was able to attend and they went out with a bang on Wednesday 29th, when they held their finale of ‘premier league’ Jenny Cromie’s team triumphant on the night showing how working together as team can reap the goal! The girls have probably finished one of the most successful seasons for a few years at Youth level showing what their hard work and determination each week can achieve. |
